When my partner and i invested in an apartment constructing, there were no heating and cooling systems installed in any way. We knew that we could get more money for the apartments, if we put some style of HVAC system inside. After a few meetings about budget concerns, we thought Ii would install a large window HVAC system. The HVAC unit would be capable of cool and heat the general apartment, as long as the doors were open. We rarely need to make use of the heat in our section of the country, so this seemed such as the perfect solution for us. We notified the few tenants already basically the apartments, and they seemed to be excited for the upgrades. We were all going to paint the apartments and install new gym floor also. This investment is about to make us positive cash flow in the first six months, and that’s a good investment to make!
