Hoping to get heated floors in my kitchen

I am in the process of saving my money to renovate my entire family room.  The family room is terribly seasoned and features these aged appliances, cheap cupboards, stained countertops, peeling linoleum, plus water damage on almost all of the walls plus ceilings.  I am planning to gut the whole room, right down to the studs.  I need to have pipes plus drains upgraded, current electrical wiring put in, plus current windows.  I hope to afford brand new cupboards, granite countertops, plus stainless steel appliances.  It will be a legitimately lavish plus labor-heavy sort of project, however if I get everything perfect, it will be worth it.  One of the greatest priorities is the gas furnace.  I live in an space with severe Wintertime weather, plus I need to have an effective means of heating. I don’t want the heating unit to utilize a great deal of space or cost a fortune to operate.  Because I already have a boiler installed in the basement, I believe that radiant flooring is the perfect solution.  The entire system is concealed beneath the floor, plus it always operates quietly.  The heat is spread evenly plus rises gradually from the floor, warming all surfaces in the room.  This eliminates the option of cold surfaces stealing body heat, drafts, plus various uncomfortable temperature fluctuations.  I’ll be able to set the temperature control just a few degrees lower without sacrificing comfort.  Plus, the radiant flooring will supply zone control heating, so I can adjust the temperature in the family room independently from the rest of the house.  I can’t actually wait to throw away my slippers, plus have warm feet while I lay in my family room.  Hopefully, I can proceed to save up enough money to start my project in another year.
