Setting up the air conditioning system

I have a good friend named Sam. Sam likes to herself “Chef Sam,” but she entirely shouldn’t do that. She is not truly a chef! She is simply a girl who enjoys eating. She enjoys eating so much, that she became interested in cooking the food that she eats. However over time, Sam got truly unbelievable at cooking. She taught herself everything, but she has no formal degree from an accredited cooking school. Unfortunately, Sam has been charging people for cooking lessons at her university for a few months now. They are completely unaware that they are being scammed by her. For a single thing, she refuses to spend a dime on designing as well as installing a professional air conditioning program for her “cooking school.” It is consistently about 78 degrees in her building. It is also way too humid inside those walls. The amount of heavy moisture in the air is unbearable. Most of Sam’s students have to attend classes wearing light layers such as mesh tank-top shirts. Otherwise, they would all die from heat exhaustion. I am a NATE-certified Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist. I offered Sam a design as well as installation setup for her a cooking school. I told Sam that I would supply her with a discounted rate because we’ve been friends for some time now. She chose to just use a cheap, inefficient window-mounted A/C unit and added some box fans. Sam thinks they will create excellent air circulation as well as reduce the humidity in her space. She is very wrong. I wish she would take Heating as well as Air Conditioning a little more seriously. I am glad she succeeding, however she can’t teach cooking in a muggy classroom without an official air conditioner setup.
